1st November 2004

I see them nearly every night these days. Their ancestors were small in number and crept around in the shadows and kept their heads down. Where I grew up you could travel miles without seeing any sign of them. My, oh my, how that's all changed. Give it ten years and I reckon London will be overrun by these scavengers. The government are trying to stop us from exterminating them but in years to come they will wish that we were roaming the streets with pack of dogs to hunt them down and daub our faces with their blood. These townies are not like their country cousins. No delicacy of freshly killed chicken or other fowl for them. They sift through our remains and gorge themselves on kebabs and curries. Foxes of Finchley, enjoy your nocturnal adventures, your days are numbered.
